Meet our Team
NDIS disability support workers Gold Coast
-
My interests are sport, woodwork, reading, cooking and spending time with my family.
I am a Braille Transcriber with a background in Education before coming to Disability Support. The majority of that fifteen years in Education was spent supporting children with learning difficulties and physical and intellectual impairments. My most treasured role was as a Specialist Vision Support Teacher Aide/Braille Transcriber with a student who was blind.
The best part of helping/supporting is the 'light bulb moment'...that moment when the person/child/student you are supporting says, 'AHA! I can really do it!' Now that I work in the Disability sector I get to help people in more ways than just an educational way. That gives me great personal satisfaction.

Hello, my name is Jessica, and I was born and raised in the city of Townsville.
My interests include reading, going to the gym, the beach, studying political science and business, travel, and enjoying all the elements of living a nutritious and balanced lifestyle.
I have been a part of disability support work for almost two years now, joining when I was 17 and am loving it. This field of work has taught me so much about different perspectives and taking initiative in making someone’s life the most content and enjoyable it can possibly be. Eckhart Tolle once said, “The power for creating a better future is contained in the present moment”, and I don’t believe anything could be more true.'

My Interests are expressing my creativity through arts and crafts, cherishing moments spent with my family, and embarking on travel adventures to discover new and exciting places.
After dedicating more than 20 years to the retail industry, I felt a strong desire to embark on a personal journey of learning and growth while simultaneously making a positive impact on others' lives. This aspiration propelled me towards the field of disability support work.
Within this work, I have discovered that every person I support brings a wealth of diverse experiences, challenges, and perspectives.
By embracing these interactions, my understanding has broadened, and my skills have flourished, fostering both personal and professional growth along the way.

Hi, I’m Kristian! Born in 2000 on the stunning Norfolk Island, where the ocean’s always been a big part of my life. You’ll often find me exploring new places, getting stuck into any kind of sport, in the gym or whipping up delicious meals in the kitchen!
After two years of volunteering, I found my heart in disability support work. I realised I wasn’t just helping out-I was building real friendships. With a laid-back and patient nature, I aim to create a space where participants feel free to be themselves, try new things, and truly enjoy life.
"Community 3SIX5 has been an absolute lifeline for both myself and my son. Their unwavering support, compassion, and willingness to go above and beyond has made all the difference in some of our most challenging times. Not only have they provided consistent, high-quality care for Matthew but they’ve also stood up for us when others didn’t—advocating for what’s right and ensuring our voices were heard. It’s rare to find a team that treats you like family, but that’s exactly what we’ve found in Community 3SIX5. I will be forever grateful for their kindness, integrity, and fierce dedication to making a real difference in people’s lives."
